All payments made for completed services, development work, design projects, hosting, maintenance, and network solutions are generally non-refundable once the work has started or services have been delivered.

Hosting & Maintenance Services
Hosting, maintenance, and subscription-based services are non-refundable after activation or renewal.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
If we are unable to deliver a service due to internal reasons, eligible customers may request a partial or full refund after review.
